I found out they sold me a car with 3 bad tires worn to the point that all 3 need replacement less than a month after purchase. They are at 2/32. When I asked they said it's not covered! They are so shady. I have tried contacting supervisors but no luck. After Mr. Lehman responded I tried calling the Gilbert location. I was told they would have a management contact me that day. As of yet, I have not heard back.

All I can say about premier auto center is they are terrible, and terrible customer service also , I and my son went looking yesterday for a car for me , my son's credit is better then mine , and all they tried to do is rip us off give us a high payment and take us to see a car ,that was even presented to us when we first got there and started looking !!and all we got told was we want you to be happy yeah right !!what a nightmare could not wait to get away from there , and the car they were trying to sell us had so much dama... read more
