We traveled to Colorado Springs CO in July from Michigan and had a couple of things go wrong with our RV that needed to be fixed before we returned home. Even though Premier was backed up they squeezed us in and fixed the items so we could depart for home on time. The service was excellent and the people were personable and helpful, including giving me a ride to and from the air force base while they repaired my RV. I will not recommend this shop at all. We took our Motor Home to Premier RV on June 17 for 2 rear blow-up tires damage. I was told by Bryan (general manager) that it will take 2-3 weeks for a complete repair. We called a number of times for a status and they kept giving us a round a round with different excuses. At one point they've indicated that they were to so busy, they have over 160 RV's for repair, obviously we were not a priority since they already cashed $10,000 check from insurance. We had a client who went out to Colorado Springs on Vacation in our Motorhome! They were experiencing Generator and cab ac problems. The motorhome sat at this business for 3 days. Contacted the dealer and he had stated he had every fixed. (We are in Minnesota) we contacted the renter to pick the motorhome up. When they picked it up they got down the road 10 min and Ac did not work and generator quite running. We were charged 1400 dollars for nothing. RecommendedWe came to Premier auto and arvi with generator problems. We live in our RV they let us park and stay in our camper in their parking lot. They did a diagnosis of our generator adjusted the elevation setting had no further problems and they did not charge us. I would definitely recommend Premier auto and RV to anyone.
My dad had some AC issues on his trip from Houston through Colorado. I was able to call Premier RV and explain what was going on. They got him in, replaced his AC, and treated him like you would hope someone would treat your dad when he’s out traveling. Thanks so much for such wonderful customer service!
I felt they were very professional and promt. The work was done on time when they said it would be and i am very pleased with the work that was done. I would highly recommend them to any one.
We took our Rv, a 2000 Fleetwood Pace Arrow, to Premier Auto and Rv March 2 at 3pm. We contracted to have the roof resealed, wheel bearing service, 4 new shocks, 6 new tires, a tire pressure monitoring system, replace the rollers on the front shade, replace 1 side window blind, replace satellite and local antenna and to fix the ABS system (the light on the dash stayed on).
