DO NOT TAKE YOUR RV HERE. We have NEVER experienced such poor customer service in our lives. Manager gave us a bid for repairs the changed the price upon pick up by over $100.00.Additionally, our r Fifth wheel has a swivel function due to our short bed pick up. In order to tow it into their shop they placed pins in the reciever/plate to keep in from swiveling during their tow. We do make it a common practice to put signage on customers' units that have nonstandard kingpins or 5thwheel hitches. If you have a sidewinder style hitch the safety pins are installed to prevent the unit from getting damaged. I would like to retract my review about Premier RV. I had a problem on the road with the valves the fixed. ************ came and fixed them. I contacted ***** at Premier RV and explained what happened and he took care of the whole bill. Thank you *****.
I went into Premier Auto and RV, *** Jan 4, **** to have my 5th wheel repaired. WE checked the unit in and I signed that I had done everything to meet their rules to sign trailer in. This was a warranty claim and my part of the bill was to be $300.00. I explained to the secretary and to ************ that that was all I was prepared to pay. This company has the rudest people working for them. Not only that they will rob you blind. When they give you a estimate read it very carefully, look at the wording. We took our ** in to have them clean our radiator because it was covered in oil from a previous problem we had and over heating. We went and received our estimate from some lady and she said **** told her this is on the high end so it might be cheaper. So to remove, clean and inspect the radiator it would be ********. Wow I couldn't believe what happened. This was my first time having service done on my fifth wheel at Premier RV. So as I pull up I noticed the signs saying do not park in the driveway, so I didn't, but I did park next to another fifth wheel and went inside to find out where the best place to park is. I went in the shop on Aug. 6th and didn't get until Aug. 8th the repair was for outlets, level inspection, and a generator service. On the 8th their mechanic serviced the generator on the RV. He spent about 30 mins on the generator. I paid my bill and left the shop. Three days later the generator started making strange noises and shut down. The shop sent a man named Matthew out and he checked the generator and said that it was overfilled with oil. He drained some of the oil out onto the ground. I took my RV here for a simple repair and the manager ***** assured me it was a quick fix. Not only did they fail to actually repair the problem, they also up-charged me thousands of dollars in the process. Would not recommend hiring this business to do any RV work. Would give 0 out of 5 stars but ****** forces a minimum of one star.
