I went in the shop on Aug. 6th and didn't get until Aug. 8th the repair was for outlets, level inspection, and a generator service. On the 8th their mechanic serviced the generator on the RV. He spent about 30 mins on the generator. I paid my bill and left the shop. Three days later the generator started making strange noises and shut down. The shop sent a man named Matthew out and he checked the generator and said that it was overfilled with oil. He drained some of the oil out onto the ground. Be very careful about having work done on your RV at this company. They over charge for estimates and take weeks to do an estimate. i took my 2000 Bounder in for some plastic replacement do to a small amount of hail damage. I had an appointment time, and never got a call back on the estimate so i called them and got the old “well the estimate was was done we have not sent to you yet. I looked at the roof damage before taking it in and only saw two vent covers and one ac cover top damage, They wanted, $7300 dollars to replac... read more

BEWARE! I dropped my trvl van off 10/23/20 & it sat for 6 wks. Calls were ignored or got the run-around from Svs Mgr, Brian. They only started the job after I gave a deadline. The estimate was strangely vague. The job included any damage to & around the macerator, including a leak, damaged discharge tubing, skid plate ripped away, mud flap bracket, and whatever. We traveled to Colorado Springs CO in July from Michigan and had a couple of things go wrong with our RV that needed to be fixed before we returned home. Even though Premier was backed up they squeezed us in and fixed the items so we could depart for home on time. The service was excellent and the people were personable and helpful, including giving me a ride to and from the air force base while they repaired my RV. I will not recommend this shop at all. We took our Motor Home to Premier RV on June 17 for 2 rear blow-up tires damage. I was told by Bryan (general manager) that it will take 2-3 weeks for a complete repair. We called a number of times for a status and they kept giving us a round a round with different excuses. At one point they've indicated that they were to so busy, they have over 160 RV's for repair, obviously we were not a priority since they already cashed $10,000 check from insurance. We took our Rv, a 2000 Fleetwood Pace Arrow, to Premier Auto and Rv March 2 at 3pm. We contracted to have the roof resealed, wheel bearing service, 4 new shocks, 6 new tires, a tire pressure monitoring system, replace the rollers on the front shade, replace 1 side window blind, replace satellite and local antenna and to fix the ABS system (the light on the dash stayed on). I recent;y wrote a review concerning a miss understanding over an estimate. On having a nice talk with Bryan, Premier's shop manager, I decided to rewrite my former review with this one. Our issues were resolved . To prevent any miss understandings with Premier, or for that fact, anyone else I suggest very strongly that you receive a "Written Estimate" for final repair work.

I recent;y wrote a review entitled "Buyer Beware"concerning a miss understanding over an estimate. On having a nice talk with Bryan, Premier's shop manager, I decided to rewrite my former review with this one. Our issues were resolved and as a good will gesture Premier is refunding $250. To prevent any miss understandings with Premier, or for that fact, anyone else I suggest very strongly that you receive a "Written Estimate" for final repair work.

I'm very reluctant to post this review as the folks at Premier are very friendly. I would entitle this review as "BUYER BE WEAR." My RV Ford 350 V10 needed the ECM board repaired and replaced. Also was having them replace all 10 spare plugs and ignition coils. At least this is what I was led to believe. This was to the tune of a very high estimate of $4000. The cost of doing business.
