I recent;y wrote a review entitled "Buyer Beware"concerning a miss understanding over an estimate. On having a nice talk with Bryan, Premier's shop manager, I decided to rewrite my former review with this one. Our issues were resolved and as a good will gesture Premier is refunding $250. To prevent any miss understandings with Premier, or for that fact, anyone else I suggest very strongly that you receive a "Written Estimate" for final repair work.
I'm very reluctant to post this review as the folks at Premier are very friendly. I would entitle this review as "BUYER BE WEAR." My RV Ford 350 V10 needed the ECM board repaired and replaced. Also was having them replace all 10 spare plugs and ignition coils. At least this is what I was led to believe. This was to the tune of a very high estimate of $4000. The cost of doing business. I don't normally leave bad reviews and I will try and keep this based on my service and not my attitude right now. First I will say that everyone but one person gave me great service and support. I had issues with a Service Manager that really messed up our work. We went to Premier Auto and RV to fix 4 things. 1) Fix Generator 2) Fix gas gauge 3) Fix air conditioning 4) Fix a water valve When we picked it up we got 2 of the 4 things fixed. Bewate bringing your children into this place. They have toys in the lobby and the guy who determines your bill is a registered sex offender.
