Dropped my travel trailer off on 4/15/22 because my slide out was shuttering really bad and would go in or out very well. Was told they would diagnose and should have an answer to me the following Friday. After weekly calls I finally got an answer 5/20/22 that me gearbox stripped a tooth. They replaced, was told my extended warranty covered and I had $100 deductible. Went to pick up on 5/26/22 (5 weeks later) and they added $53 for shop supplies. I had previously warned consumers not to take your vehicle here for any repairs. My negative review was taken down, after the manager called me. Our ** was taken there after a propane leak that we suspected. It took 2 weeks before i got a call back, only after I told them I was going to take it to Camping World. In addition, I was told that they could not find anything. I asked them if they would do a full check up on the coach and engine. And was quoted the top of the line thorough check for $567.00. A recap of my experience when I took my RV into Premier RV, located in Falcon Colorado. To begin with, after reading the litany of negative reviews already posted on YELP, Google Review, and Better Business Bureau, there’s not much more I can add. Be very careful about having work done on your RV at this company. They over charge for estimates and take weeks to do an estimate. i took my 2000 Bounder in for some plastic replacement do to a small amount of hail damage. I had an appointment time, and never got a call back on the estimate so i called them and got the old “well the estimate was was done we have not sent to you yet. WARNING Made an appointment for an estimate on a Friday, the following Thursday we had to call to check on the status. They say they just got the estimate done. For just some plastic repair work on the roof, they gave me estimate of over 7,000.00, saying we need to replace a bunch of other things, including replacing both air conditioners. This place just takes too much time and is too expensive.

Evening is there a reason that your company won't return our phone calls. We know the shop manager lies and is *********.. I spent $4000 with guys on my concession trailer.. so that comes out to only 3 reasons. 1 we don't enough money with the company to bother for a call returned. 2 the head guy I guess that is what he is named ***** ** ** ****** ***** Me and my business partner called last week and today multiple times. We were on vacation over 1000 miles from home in our brand new 2021 Thor Hurricane motor home with only 6400 miles on it when a check engine light came on and started flashing telling us to shut down the engine. We had it towed to this place on recommendation from Good Sam Roadside service. It was after closing before we arrived but they waited on us. The GM/owner and svs mgr are not honest nor reputable! Didn't follow simple instructions on work to be done on camper van that took many weeks. Poor communication. Had to leave it or bring it back multiple times to repair what was actually minor damage, and jacking the price for work that should have already been completed, twice. I had enough by the 3rd time and left with the repair undone. BEWARE! I dropped my trvl van off 10/23/20 & it sat for 6 wks. Calls were ignored or got the run-around from Svs Mgr, Brian. They only started the job after I gave a deadline. The estimate was strangely vague. The job included any damage to & around the macerator, including a leak, damaged discharge tubing, skid plate ripped away, mud flap bracket, and whatever.
