They must get commissions on fines and violations because that's all they do. They provide zero customer service for residents. I sent multiple emails and left messages trying to find out the right paint color scheme for our subdivision. Instead of any HELPFUL reply, I got a violation for not repainting my house and a threat of a fine for not providing them the colors I planned to paint my house! Make it make sense.

We may not always like the bylaws and in some cases we may not even understand what we signed but what I know for sure is this company believes in upholding the covenants and in turn the communities are better because of them and companies like them.

I’ve lived here for 12yrs and have never had a problem that was not handled courteously and in a timely manner. If you are able to follow rules, communicate with the HOA respectfully and get involved in the community, you won’t have any issues.
