Absolutely the most UNPROFESSIONAL spa we’ve ever visited! Pay up front (no big deal), $5 extra for using a card (really?)...my masseuse left my room twice during my massage (once to answer phone, once to answer door)...my sons masseuse left him FIVE times (to answer phone and door)...massage (we paid for 60 minutes) was cut short by 7 minutes...THEN, on our way out the door, they had the nerve to say “excuse me...where is our tip?”! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
