Ken Nicholson did a very very poor job on my home's refinance. Now I could see if I didn't get the value I wanted, but he actually gave my home a lower appraisal than what it appraised for in 2022, after being cleaned, new flooring, paint, and other odds and ends being fixed. A few things that were bad: He had inaccurate sq foot size for the 3 unit, when I called him out on it he got all technical, and tried talking down to me. Working with this appraiser was a nightmare. Our appraisal was full of wrong information that he refused to fix, he was difficult for our lender to work with and horrible at communicating. Arrogant and incompetent.
