I've had the upmost best experience w/Nichcolas, Natalie & Ryan. They are the dream team & a great asset to the company. They go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Nicolas listens, responds quickly and resolves any issues. Ryan and Natalie are very hard workers and they keep this place running. It's not easy having to babysit entitled and sometimes rude tenants, but this group makes it look easy. They show up and show out.
Lisa was the bomb. She was extremely thorough through the whole process. She was very open to all the questions we had, never getting upset. She really knows her stuff. If you call for info make sure you ask for her. Ty Lisa for making this the easiest leasing/ renting process i have ever been through.
Kayla has been a great leasing consultant at Premier Apartments, looking forward to my stay here!
This apartment is the nicest one I have ever lived in. The area is great and safe. There is always covered parking and bridge access to the apartment building from the garage. The building is always clean, and the maintenance and housekeeping staff are great! Nicholas is the resident manager, and he is excellent at his job - he takes time to care about the residents and resolves issues quickly. The common areas are clean and super cute.
