My experience at this practice was extremely disappointing. The doctor displayed a level of unprofessionalism that is unacceptable in any setting—especially in healthcare. His demeanor was consistently rude, impatient, and unnecessarily harsh, not only toward patients but also toward his own staff. Friendly staff, easily got seen within 2 days of calling. Doctor Shah was amazing! He went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and pain-free during ingrown toenail removal procedure.
Dr. Shah is amazing! He went above and beyond when I had an appointment for myself last week and I had my daughter with me who happened to hurt her foot at school that day. Instead of having me take her somewhere else to be seen and treated, he took time, at the end of the day during my appointment to see her as well and get her treated! Very grateful and happy with my experiences here so far. Thank you Dr. Shah!
