Billing for a routine colonoscopy continues to be incorrect after more than four months of attempts at getting it corrected.
Premier not only doesn't answer communications relating to patient billing from their website communication portal, they do not offer an option to learn what the balance is before making a payment. Even though you make payments, attempt to contact them through their website billing link to learn of your balance in order to make a pif payment, they have no problem breaking WA State law and send you to collection prior to the 120-day minimum requirement. Received a bill almost a year later for $1000 because Premier Anesthesia of Richland billed the “line items” on my insurance incorrectly. Took me a very long time speaking to the billing department and my insurance back and forth to work it out. Really disappointing.
My wife recently had a colonoscopy. Hannah Freeman was the service provider for anesthesia managed under Premiere Anesthesia of Richland. Billing was sent to our auto insurance company. Several attempts to contact Premiere were unfruitful. Website POC was the hospital. Totally unsatisfactory.
They will not bill my insurance properly after 4 different calls to all insurance and premier. Then send my bill to collections
