Terrible Customer Service. Disgraceful. My sister had a stroke and lost her ATM card in the ambulance. We reported the card stolen. After hours of calling to issue her a new one, no one was available to verify her identity. Then they put a freeze on her account and it now has been two weeks since she had not been able to access any money. We have called every day and no one calls back. When trying to contact them, I was hung up on 14 times in a row before finally getting a hold of someone who would talk to me (the person who finally answered and did not just hang up, was great, but what business has a practice of just hanging up on people?) I would call, go through the prompts, it would play hold music, then go quiet like someone was answering, and instead, they would just hang up on me. Someone came into the bank with false documents pretending to be me and robbed me of my savings. Despite filing a police report and cooperating with Premier America's investigation, I have not received my money back. This has taken a damaging toll on my mental health. This is not the first time that I have experienced problems due to the negligence of this company. However, I can promise you that this is the last. DO NOT TRUST PREMIER AMERICA WITH YOUR MONEY.
I opened a car loan with Premier America. I set up automatic payments that are split on specific dates, Bi-Monthly payments. Two months in a row, they have taken money from my account 3 days before the payment date. I called and was told that I either have to make the full payment on the due date or use the bi-weekly payment schedule. I told her I didn't want a bi-weekly, I wanted a bi-monthly.
