RecommendedThe AMAZING staff at the Westerville Location makes an uncomfortable time comfortable. The weekly three hour rounds of allergy shots is tolerable when they have a relaxing lounge with soda and coffee. It is nice to be able to sit back and relax and not be in the waiting room for three hours. All of the staff is knowledgeable and have helped me on my journey to control my allergies!
RecommendedThe whole process was nice and easy. Wait time was minimal. Everyone was very professional and polite. The allergy tests were to the point and simple. And results were instantly given with no return visit needed.
How can a allergy office only be open 2 days a week. I have tried calling to set up an appointment and only get voicemail. This office is close to my work but I am going to a different Dr that has normal hours and answers their phone.

I cannot believe the amount of this bill!!!! Prick Skin and ID Skin tests; and they discovered I was allergic to dust. REALLY!?!?! I found out that I actually have lupus. ALL the tests (biopsy and blood work included) were less expensive than this. I feel totally robbed!!! (I didn't give them a "1" because I do not like the word "hate.") So I'm about to pay a $1000 bill and they didn't even find the problem. I'm so done with them!!!! But, I won't stress or worry; it's bad for my lupus.
