our 25-year-old alarm system started going off approximately four in the morning during that big winter storm. Our equipment was so old we could not turn it off we called in and they were able to shut it off remotely. The new system install was done inside of a week with very competitive prices. We didn’t even have to sweep the floor after they were gone. Can’t say enough about after our service and the install of the new system.
I’ve used Premier Alarm for about 3 years at my business. Over those three years I’ve had a few issues that were mostly caused by other contractors. When I call them to have cameras serviced they have come the same day! Most of the time within an hour of my call. This company knows customer service!!
