I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent gel pedicure service I received on July 5th, 2025. Despite paying $50 for the pedicure , the results are unsatisfactory and the pedicure deteriorated significantly within 24 hours. This experience has unfortunately dissuaded me from using there services again. I would appreciate it if they could address this issue so it would not happen to future customers. I have attached photographs as evidence of the poor quality of the work.
Worst nail polish i ever had & had the nerve to charge $28 just for nail polish only
Got them done and its literally been less than a week. My daughters gel polish came off in 2 days And my full set was lifting literally the next day and my toe nails are soo crooked its hard not to notice. I should've just kept the appointment I had with a nail tech in my city that knows what she is doing as we were in auburn for my daughters dr appt and just so happened to pass by and she asked and I said of course especially after getting summer school awards.
