Good communication. Timely response to queries. Closing costs and monthly payment kept rising but within reason I suppose. I'd use them again. Lore and Alyse are great to work with.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Premia Relocation Mortgage. The process started off very well at the beginning of my relocation to the Denver metro area. The information the consultant was providing at the beginning and during my new home search was actually very good. Upon actual finally finding a home and agreeing to a contract on that home, that is when everything went extremely sour. The initial disclosure agreement document that I received on 7/11 was the first time I saw the actual rate that Premia ... read more

I have used Premia twice and had a great experience with my first purchase, however my most recent experience (June 2017) was a nightmare. This company struggles with communication, does not respond well to customer needs, seems to not fully understand or be able to easily articulate the closing steps they require to customers, and they don't seem to have any issue pushing back your closing date. We went with Premia because they had a slightly lower rate. I am regretting that decision in the extreme now. Our loan processor has been clueless, seemingly not even reading the emails I send him before he responds. That was our first indication that things may not go smoothly. Now we are less than a week prior to closing, and they are springing on us SEVERAL items, saying that repairs must be done by licensed contractors, specialists, etc. or we can't close. They claim all of these are in the name of "safety", despite the ... read more

Sham of a company. Terrible communication had a slew of issues arise and when we tried to resolve them Premia was absolutely a nightmare to work with. Moved out close date multiple times-to the point where we had to walk away. Utterly disappointed. They truly ruined our first home buying experience. I would not ever ever ever recommend this company.
