I had a good experience with my team with Premia during my relocation. The team went beyond my expectations and we were able to close in 25 days, which saved me time, money, and frustration paying for hotels/storage of household goods. They were as competitive as other lenders and offered some lower closing costs for some services.

I had a good experience with Premia. ******************* was incredible from our first encounter. He was clear about the process, benefits of being a preferred lender of my company and was always available for my questions.******************* was my processed/specialist. He was always calm under pressure and helped to calm me down when it seemed like we were off track. My only complaint is it always seem that the loan company only truly opens your file 10 days before closing and then its on you to move quickly to close on ti... read more

We used Premia for our relocation because they were our company's preferred lender and had a better interest rate than our current lender. The Premia representative kept us informed each step of the process. Premia's communication to our relocation team and title company allowed us to close on our new house in less than 30 days. Premia locked us into a low rate with the ability to go even lower if the rate dropped down.Great communication, professional staff, great rates, I would highly recommend using Premia for your mortga... read more

We decided to go with Premia as part of our relocation process. Because we were buying new construction it took about a year before we would go to closing. From the very beginning it was made known we were downsizing and moving into a condo. We were putting over 50% down and financing the rest. Our mortgage was approved. Our builder provided all requested documents by May 17th. Our close was July 20th. The day before we spoke with our loan officer to make sure we were good to go. We were assured everything was fine. One hour... read more

Biggest thieves and liars you will ever find in mortgage industry. Never share your social security or personal information with them because once they have it they will kept rising your interest rate and at the end will send a really large bill to your address for unapproved cost as part of fine prints. These corrupt con-men should be avoided at any cost and you should run away from them as fast as possible ASAP.

Very disappointed with Premia Relocation Mortgage and their practices. All started out great with the Loan Officer consistently checking on our relocation status, verifying our credit and pre-approving us. Once we found a home and began the process, the attitude and run-around began COVID-19 create some changes with lending according to Fanny Mae and Freddy-Mack guide lines. The loan officer began changing requirements that were not requirements listed in the Federal Requirements. This company changed my credit score by maki... read more
