I was surprised the wait time wasn't too long and the staff was very friendly and professional. The Doctor was not in a hurry and took time to make sure all my questions were answered.
For each of my 3 visits (2 in person, 1 telehealth), I had to wait over an hour between the nurse triaging me and the doctor beginning her exam. No updates, explanations, nor apologies, as if to convey waiting 70 minutes in a paper gown is standard there. All 3 appt's were in the AM so it wasn't like she had all day to end up behind schedule. I've been to other TGMG sites, even ones with higher patient volume, and 1 hour + waits are not standard. It's just Dr. Doctor not being considerate of her patients' time.

She gives you 15 minutes for a visit and have to wait 3 months in between visit. Staff is not great
Dr. Doctor is always so pleasant during visits. She listens to me and displays receptiveness to work with me and make changes when needed.

Excellent doctor! Dr kervin was thorough, understood my situation and methodically and comprehensively explained all my options and suggested the ideal way to resolve my complaints. I am 60 plus and have had to consult quite a few doctors in my time. I can confidently say that I will not be changing doctors now that I have had the good fortune to consult with Dr Kervin
