I would not live here for free. The slumlords don't give a crap about properly fixing the multiple issues throughout the building (the plumbing in this place is crumbling), nor did they care to turn on the heat until late November/early December. Oh and no one can forget the cockroach infestation that should go away with some little things on the floor of each unit....NOT. Best brother in law ever. Total stud.
I was a tenant for 4 years and they were awful. Building was unkept and old. Management was always rude. I finally decided to break my lease because there were mice on my floor and they refused to do anything about it, besides putting glue traps. The maintenance guy was extremely rude after expressing my concerns and pressuring them to get pest control or an exterminator (or anything!). Stay away. I was a tenant for 5 years over 2 buildings. The apartments themselves were nice, but I saw management’s attitude drastically shift over the years. Cut corners and were extremely slow and dismissive of a serious and dangerous maintenance issue. Bad covid etiquette that put us at risk. Laurie lied to me on multiple occasions. Laura Mae has horrific phone etiquette and is rude.
