They did a rehab on the apartments but they basically just put lipstick on a pig. All of my cabinets were broken, drawers weren't installed properly, doors were hung using the wrong housing. There are bugs inside the buildings and roaches and crickets infest the grounds. There's dog poop all over the sidewalks. The paint chips because they hire cheap crews to do renovations in a single day. They run through tenants quickly to get commission. The maintenance guys are awesome, but don't attempt to talk to the office employees.... read more

I didn't believe the reviews I thought these people were just angry I just moved into Russellville haven't even been here for a month and the list of issues and complaints would fill up the entire yelp website All "another review that says run" The management is the equivalent of a high school lunch table it's run by self-centered young on educated children who are snarky rude and dismissive and unprofessional just to list a few The biggest issue in this place is the noise without a doubt garbage trucks come three days a wee... read more

Absolutely the worst place to live, aside of all the crazy people that live there, their office staff is incompetent. -they act like they care for about 30 seconds.... If you have an issue with whatever it is they will forget about you right after you walk out of that office. -they're not humble nor good in faith, don't expect anything but for them to squiz every single penny you have. -2 months after I moved out all I got was a phone call from the collections office telling me I owed MP $200. Don't move in even if you are t... read more

I lived at Iron Blossom for 2 years and have never experienced such incompetent property managers. That indoor jacuzzi the guy above me is talking about is always being maintanenced. And when it isn't- there are people having intercourse in it. (Yes- This is something my son and I got to witness) The area is NOT safe. My car was broken into (in my parking space during the day on a Sunday). I lived above drug dealers who I regularly overheard selling drugs to teens. My downstairs neighbors had parties 4 nights a week. The com... read more

I have lived here for 3 years and now that my lease is up im looking for a new place. The new management is awful and they are sharks. If this change didn't happen I would still be living here.

At first I liked this place, then it became apparent that they cannot handle day-to-day problems that apartment management ought to be able to handle. We've had our fire alarm system go crazy in the middle of the night because of a glitch twice. The dryer machines often do not work. We've had a tenant who has been involved in domestic violence incidents several times (police have come twice) whom they have poo-pooed and at times completely avoided documenting the complaints we filed with the front office. Our building is sec... read more

I have lived in Russellville for almost a year now. In this time the management has changed (I've been told this is not uncommon here and that the management has changed at least 4 times in the past 3-4 years). The new management is pretty awful. They are unresponsive, unreliable, and they border on insulting. On several occasions, I put in noise complaints on my neighbors (after trying repeatedly to speak with them) and the management only document one of the complaints - and only sent one letter. Then, the neighbor filed a... read more

It feels like you are in a paradise island living here. It's very tranquil and ever since the new owners took over Western National it's been nice to work with managment. They are more friendlier and professional. The manager is a very nice person.........
