They did a rehab on the apartments but they basically just put lipstick on a pig. All of my cabinets were broken, drawers weren't installed properly, doors were hung using the wrong housing. There are bugs inside the buildings and roaches and crickets infest the grounds. There's dog poop all over the sidewalks. The paint chips because they hire cheap crews to do renovations in a single day. They run through tenants quickly to get commission. The maintenance guys are awesome, but don't attempt to talk to the office employees.... read more
