Was this the place that thought turning The Gallery into the Fashion District was a good idea—just to attract “fancy” people and push away “low-income” folks? Now the place sucks. Most of the stores are empty, there have been vacant spots for years, and the food court is terrible. On top of that, the owners went bankrupt and ended up giving up control of the mall after making so many bad decisions about the renovation.
They refuse to fix elevators at 1 Cherry Hill. If you’re disabled, too bad. Do not rent from them.
Cumberland mall terribly (managed?) by a Donna. Had concerns and mall nor the owners have an educated response to my concerns., VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
Cannot understand why this company does not care about their employees enough to close their malls. Shameful.
There was no saving any of these malls they did their best
