My mom helped my find this center, so I could have a piece of paper proving a positive pregnancy testing result for my insurance, little did I know they were not going to give me the “advice” or “help” I wanted to hear. As soon as we walked in they separated me from my mother which was odd but not uncommon…I am 19 years old looking for support from this clinic, instead I received nothing less than judgment and passive aggressiveness. This place doesn't even deserve one star. I took my almost 20 year old daughter here yesterday, 8/20. They wouldn't allow me to be in the room with her so I sat in the waiting room. I was nervous for her but I was patient. She was in for about 30 min and when she came out I could tell something was wrong. She was frustrated with the lady that did her test but she couldn't tell me until we got in the car. When we got outside she immediately started crying and saying the lady was horrible to her. DO NOT RECOMMEND! very unprofessional place
You’ll get the same answers from an at home test that you will from this place. No licensed medical professionals work here & they don’t do blood tests, despite what they may tell you on the phone. My husband and I are trying to have a baby. I had recently lost 2 pregnancies but was having symptoms, so I wanted to get tested. I called my doctor first & they had no openings for that day.
