I’m pleased to be able to write this review regarding the care of my mother. Vilma & her staff took their responsibilities seriously and performed their duties diligently with the greatest compassion. Their competence is the result of selfless dedication to serving others. Their honesty and integrity are commendable. I have not the slightest hesitation in recommending Vilma and her staff from Preferred HomeCare Plus.
Hmmm..My review from this last January got deleted but people needing help don't need this company. I am a stage 4 cancer patient with numerous hip surgeries. I put a $400 deposit but after firing the owner because my needs were neglected and all she cared about was weekly check which after a while she tossed at me rather than being professional. Vilma and her staff have provided care for several of my family members. She is trust worthy, dedicated, and very patient and understanding with the elderly population. My family members were well cared for, looked forward to seeing her, and felt comfortable in her care.
