I scheduled a test drive two days in advance for a manual Acura Integra, confirmed again the same day, and rearranged my work schedule to make it happen. My wife and I drove 40 minutes each way expecting a prepared vehicle ready to drive, as promised. Instead, the salesperson sat me down, asked endless questions, and showed me the car still parked in the showroom — blocked in and not available to drive. Person 1: The car's buzzer buzzes when car is in Drive mode and not moving. Is that ACCEPTABLE to the customer? Person 2: I will show the customer that once the car is moving, the buzzer stops, MAYBE the customer will JUST accept that? Customer: Come on AutoNation Acura! Seriously?! This is SO sad, Mikoshiba-san.
