The front staff / nurse was super helpful and nice. The doctor (Alex), however, was the opposite. She didn’t seem to care about the patient and it felt like she was trying to rush the visit. She gave quick responses and I had to keep asking questions to fish out helpful info. Honestly I could have used AI to get better responses. The clinic wasn’t busy and it was easy to get a same-day appointment. Otherwise, I wouldn’t recommend this place.
Extremely slow every step of the way.
I’ve tried this place twice. AFC is literally down the street they won’t charge weird fees when you’re insured 100 percent. Only reason I stopped in was cause it was open an hour later than AFC. Service fees . Crazy . 👎
We had such a great experience at Preferred Urgent Care! Taking my daughter to the doctor is usually a struggle, but this time was completely different. She actually walked out asking if she could come back. Everyone we met, from the receptionist to the nurse and Dr. Kim Hamilton, was so friendly and welcoming. They made my daughter feel comfortable and cared for. I just wish Dr. Kim Hamilton could be her primary doctor. We’re so grateful for the care and kindness we received
Tonight at 8:30, I drove my son to this urgent care center. I'm so grateful that they greeted us very warmly just ten minutes before closing time. My son had a serious insect bite on his leg, and the doctor saw him quickly. I'm truly grateful to the doctor and the front desk staff. I've been here for almost three years now, and the service is always excellent, and the doctors are very professional! Definitely a five-star review!
