This urgent care is excellent. Very friendly, polite and caring. Ms Rasberry was lovely and Dr Kim very helpful and my whole visit was quick and I’d definitely recommend them

My son and husband went here for pinkeye They were great, super fast and really helpful! The woman who checked us in, Asierra (I probably butchered that!), was very helpful and sweet! I definitely recommend Preferred Urgent Care! Thank you for taking care of us
Their staff is exceptional! Although my insurance covers urgent care closer to home, I always prefer to visit this particular Preferred Urgent Care (FM 1463). They are always attentive and take the time to explain their recommendations, the medications prescribed, and their potential side effects, which is crucial to me.
