Tonight at 8:30, I drove my son to this urgent care center. I'm so grateful that they greeted us very warmly just ten minutes before closing time. My son had a serious insect bite on his leg, and the doctor saw him quickly. I'm truly grateful to the doctor and the front desk staff. I've been here for almost three years now, and the service is always excellent, and the doctors are very professional! Definitely a five-star review!
After initially giving them 5 stars, I truly regret visiting this urgent care. Even though I provided my insurance card, they never contacted me to inform me if anything was missing. Now I’ve received a bill from my last visit and from my labs, because they didn’t process the information correctly either. This has turned into a complete headache. Only use temp services for hire so employees are not properly trained.
