Professionals - great service! I highly recommend this company for property management. They always rent my property quickly. They have managed my property for over six years. The broker always takes my calls. Some of the people have changed since I started but the new people are great!

Owner Beware !! Owner Beware !! They have no idea what they are doing!! And there are hidden fees. They charge $300 to cancel service. I also had to call them and tell they to do so many things, I was doing there job for them. Beware !!!!

If I could give them zero stars I would Its been 3 months since I sold my property. I notified rpmlv I was selling my house back in February, sold the house in may. Here it is July and I'm still being billed by them for services they are not providing.... What a joke. Tod is the "owner" and acts like he cares and really wants to help you but he could care less. You will never get a direct answer from them about anything. They will always tell you that they will "look into the situation" and get back with you but they never w... read more

Update to my 6/13 review I wanted to update my 6/13 review. It does not appear that I can edit my initial review (I don't think I created an account) so I am giving 5 stars to average out at 3. Since my initial issue, RPMLV has obtained a renter. Things are running fairly well. Jordan in the office has done well to reconcile the problems and some of the up front costs were reduced. I would recommend to anyone using this group to make yourself available for the walk through and if possible, do the repairs yourself. Other than... read more

Good managers Great company! Handled my property after I had to evict somebody a while back. Todd always takes my calls. Now I am giving them my other unit too.

Terrible do not sign a contract with this company. Completely inept and should not be trusted with your property.
