Im 68 yrs old and of all the Doctors ive been associated with, this was by far the worst experience ive had. The first meeting i had and the first thing spoken was " we've got to hurry this along cause we're running behind". what kind of Dr. tells that to a patient! That pretty much sums it up!
They are GREAT, Dr. Kaplan had helped me in the past, and I am doing as good as possible, being aware that this can flare up they gave me a lot of information so I can cope with my issue.
Dr Kaplan and all of his staff are kind and compassionate and they all care about their patients and finding solutions that work to help you. I have had chronic back pain for 20 years + and now I do not. He listens and takes care of his patients. Thank you Dr Kaplan.
