No professionalism, towing scam, will keep your as hostage, in the end I paid out of my pocket (hopefully get reimbursed by insurance soon). Don't sign anything without reading it.
This place doesn't even deserve a star. My car was fixed here. My car wasn't fixed properly further more it was returned dirty and all the screws were not put back. I had to pay the loaner car added days because they didn't "fix"my car on time. Please save your time and prevent added stress do not go here. You will be better going to your insurance's suggested place than here.
Definitely, DO NOT recommend. Terrible customer service in addition to terrible work. Can not describe the frustration by writing this review on this page. Our first ever accident experience got worse and worse because of this body shop. Some remarks: * They could not complete the work within 2 months * Labour was terrible, they changed some parts of my car that they were not supposed to change * They returned the car extremely dirty, so that I had to pay extra to have it cleaned * They did not finish the work completely eve... read more
Great people to work with. They worked on my Chrysler 300 and got it done in the time they promised me. I had issues with my battery before my car accident and they resolved it as well. They also took care of all the paper work and the fees as I had been at fault in the accident making me worry less. They also extended my car rental as I had no car to drive at the time of the incident. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for body work on their car, or if they need a shop to repair their vehicle in an accident... read more
