After having used both the large corporate HVAC companies and independent HVAC like Steve, it’s such a big difference! Imagine someone being on time, being honest about the service and your options, and completing the work at the time of service! That’s what you get with Steve. I’m glad I found him and have his contact info saved for the next time.

Steve is amazing! He and his crew installed a new furnace, AC, water heater, and water softener in my house almost 5 years ago. When I started having some issues with my softener and furnace I called him up and he came out so promptly and fixed it… AND honored my warranty even though it was due to my lack of maintenance and not his work or product. He was professional, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him to anyone for any HVAC or water heater/softener needs.

Preferred service was excellent. They had a fair price, the install was in a funny older house in Glendale and it went smooth. Quick turnaround . I’d use them again!

Amazing customer service! I was so incredibly impressed with Preferred Service Heating, Cooling and Caring and feel so fortunate to have found such a great company. Steve went above and beyond, not only diagnosing my heating issue quickly but also looking for ways to help me save money.
