Horrible Experience! We bought a 2013 Volkswagen Jetta for $12,000 for my daughter. She lives in Springfield MN. The day she bought it she was driving home and the oil light came on and was driving rough. She called Preferred Sales to let them know there was an issue. She took the car in to Volkswagen dealership in Mankato. The cam and timing chain was 35 degrees off and there were metal flakes in the oil. They wanted $19,000 to repair.
