Appreciate the new Velux skylights and quick turn on their installation. Most excellent work and support from all involved in this project from time of order to replacement of older model Velux.
Phil and the crew were wonderful to work with and we are thrilled with our new roof. Workers were on time each day and left our property immaculate when they were done. We recommend to all looking for a professional installation at a fair price.
I love my new roof. Sam and Rico, and their team at Preferred Roof did the job exactly as I'd hoped. Even though my house was a small job for them, they were timely, thorough, careful and complete with their work. From the prep work to the final clean up they communicated with me every step and allowed me to see photos of the work as it progressed. I would highly recommend them. My neighbors too, were impressed with their teamwork and efficiency. Thank you Sam, Rico and team! I have people asking for your numbers.
Owner beware of this roof contractor. Extremely poor workmanship. Failure to get permits or follow requirements of permitting bdepartment. Slow or unresponsive warranty repair. Shingle manufacture unable to warranty shingle due to nails penitarating the exterior surface.
Excellent company! Highly recommend! Great crew did excellent work. Owners worked with me to do exactly what we asked for. Would definitely hire them again. Thank you Ed and Darcy!
