Two years ago, I had a patella fracture and came for physio and that is when Shayne became my physiotherapist. He and his team is experienced, friendly and very professional. I recovered from my injury and was able to get back to my normal routine. This year again, I had a fall and came back for therapy for my ankle injury. I am still under his treatment and I must say that I am far much better in functioning when I first came. My ankle swelling and balancing has improved drastically. Shyamliben and assistant Kendrick my physiotherapist did a fantastic job to my foot pain. Now I feel Great. Also receptionist Gyanne managed my appointment and sending reminders and calls. This team is very good and friendly. I will like to back if I need any physiotherapy. Thanks Team.
Very good treatment and staff are very professional. Very grateful that I was treated at this clinic. Thank you so much Alisha Jiwani, Michelle Ragual and Aleeshia Anto. I feel way much better now with my neck and back pain. Kudos to all of you including the front desk staff too
Went to see Shayne based on a referral from a friend. I live close to the clinic and Shayne pinpointed my injury/concern within 5 minutes of seeing him and me explaining "where it hurts" - treatment so far has been excellent with slow but steady improvement (which is what I expected and wanted!) - Shayne has been hands on and has provided excellent treatment!! Would highly recommend Preferred Rehab Scarborough and specifically Shayne!!
I visited the preferred rehab at 520 Ellsemere Road due to severe leg and back pain. Dr. Alisha Jiwani conducted a thorough examination and developed an effective physiotherapy plan. When I first arrived, I was limping and experiencing slight loss of sensation in my left leg. Thanks to Alisha’s expertise and her dedicated efforts, I was able to recover and return to normal within 3-4 weeks.
