Well based on the fact they are out of business now, I see that the reviews were spot on.
This is not a review. I'm a Real Estate Broker and it appears to me by these compalints that most people don't know the responsibilities and duties of a management company. When you purchase your property, you are given a copy of the bylaws before or at closing and you are aware of any fees you will be paying to your HOA. You would have signed something at closing. It is your responsibility to read the bylaws and restrictions prior to agreeing to purchase a property. An HOA is usually comprised of residents of the community.... read more
