This place doesn't deserve not even a star horrible service after providing jill with proper income paper work she disqualified us because we where on government aide ...please dont even bother making busniess or even renting from them awful service
HORRIBLE PROPERTY MANAGER! I rented a property from Jill in Lakewood for 5 years NEVER LATE on rent. Jill has been extremely confrontational when tenants call her out on her ineffective maintenance service. I am trying to move and she is REFUSING to give rental history or even answer the phone when another landlord is calling. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR TENANTS!
