The tradesmen they sent out knew their stuff and they had the right tools. Only took two people to fix the whole deal.

I've been working with PPM for about a year now and don't have one bad thing to say about them. They are prompt, professional, and always communicate what the issue is and their recommendations. One thing that sets them apart is that they provide after-hours service which I've had to use a couple of times and was a huge relief.
