We have rented a property in Lompoc through Preferred Property for almost 7 years. They have always taken very good care of us. Scott and Rosie are friendly, personable, hard-working, and always willing to help. Whenever we had a maintenance issue, they always resolved it in a timely manner. We are living out of the state. After 9 years of having Premier Property manage are home, we were shocked at the state of it. We were led to believe it was being taken care of. No inspections took place, home repairs needed and requested went unfulfilled. Contractors that were used after an emergency plumbing issue left huge hole in the wall.
