Please be aware that this review is not for all members of this office only one Lauren. All attempts to resolve misrepresented abuse fell on deaf ears. She insisted we scratched a stove top and charged us $450.00. My wife is a clean nut and the stove as well as the entire house was carefully maintained. It appears they were looking for a better stove than what was in the house. Unethical person. Watch out! Better yet stay away from her. Note that repair & maintenance people had to come in for the stove, microwave & refrigera... read more

All appliances in this home were brand new as kitchen was totally remodeled prior to tenant moving in for 3 months after a fire at their home. They did not use pots and pans that were provided and were brand new. Spoke with appliance company and the only thing we can do is replace glass top of the stove. They said this was done through negligence. I can provide before and after photos if desired. There was nothing wrong with any of the appliance, just an electrical issue which was resolved by an electrician. Tenant refused t... read more
