Excellent work! Completely remade my pool. Installed all new plumbing, liner, skimmer, returns, etc. Basically a whole new pool. Highly recommended!

If you like being talk to very rudely, disrespectfully and being overcharged this is the place for you. I had them out to have my hot tub serviced which cost me $90 for a service call in which they did not have the part so they had to order it. It took a week to get the part in, then it took another week after that for them to come out and install the part. We love Preferred Pools and Spa! We had an in-ground spa installed 3 summers ago by another local pool company. It leaked from day one, but they refused to fix it. We asked 2 other local companies if they would find the leak and fix it and they would not. I met Rick from Preferred Pools and Spa and explained my frustration of 3 years. Just visited their expo and got great service and product information. So happy we stopped in and wouldn't hesitate to do it again. Can't wait to lounge in our new Clarity Precision 8.
Could not ask for better service during this time of year. Very reasonable, not only timely but early. Laid out all options. Pool filtration now runs like a beast. Would recommend. Rick, aka Rico knows pool systems. You get what you pay for, but very reasonable and did not oversell or gouge. Most other places did not even return phone calls.
I had a service call scheduled to start up a hot tub after a home purchase and winterization. Of course we were beyond excited to know we could soak our achy bones after our weekend move in. We all know how much work goes into a move! We scrambled early am to make sure we got my one year old and two month old to their Aunt's house so we could be to the new house on time. Not impressed with the customer service. Scheduled a house call to inspect a used hot tub we bought. Explained that we were having trouble with several jets and a stuck filter. When the service man came out the next week, my husband forgot to remind him about the filter, he advised us to replace the Jets ourselves in order to save money. 95.00 just to hear..do it yourself.
