Scheduled an appointment with this company to close our pool for end of season. They came the first time and our pool was green and he recommended we work on getting the pool blue before we close it. I agreed and scheduled a second appointment with them after my pool was blue again. RecommendedAnother company/contractor installed an in-ground spa for us last year. We had issues from the start and we let the contractor go as he was unable to help us resolve them. So early this season, we asked Preferred Pools and Spas to have someone take a look and help us out. Jason came out and within about 15 minutes, he identified and fixed the issues and had the spa running perfectly. We had scheduled for our hot tub to be serviced/set up for the summer after they winterize the hot tub last year. Close to the end of the scheduled allotment we had not heard from anyone so we called to see if they we still coming out today. The person we spoke with was very helpful and was going to check in with the crew and have them call us back. EXTREMELY unhappy with this company! We had a service call on May 21st to look at our inground pool at our house that we just moved to and when I scheduled I informed the person that took our call that the pool had been sitting untouched for 2-3 years. The service guy arrived (he was very friendly) but said we would have to schedule another appointment for pool to be drained and assessed (duh). The entire staff from maintenance, owner, at the store, to delivery, I cannot thank everyone enough for all of their kind help with our spa. I had so many questions and our electrician did not hook it up properly, and Preferred came out that same day I called and fixed everything within minutes.
