Ryan was our technician. He was the guy that came out when we had an emergency late one evening. He was amazing to both my wife and I. Very hard working, caring, explained the situation and the cost of things before doing any work. I'm glad I called these guys
First time using their service. The technician that came out, was Zach. They were able to unclog a drain. They were also able to fix a leak we had in our water heater. Preferred Plumbing was there when I called later in the evening. I think Zach did a wonderful job. I would use them again if the situation arose.
The plumbers that were called out to service our leak, were fast. They showed up within an hour of the call. I'm glad I chose them. If I need a service like this in the future, I know who to call
A recent service call, they came out to install a new water heater. This was all done without any issues at all. 5-star service and I'd strongly recommend them
I've bene having some problems with my garbage disposal. I called these guys, and they came out within an hour. They were able to get the thing replaced, and I haven't noticed a problem since. I had no idea on how to do this, but they identified the problem and fixed it right away. I really can't thank them enough
They were on time, very professional. Manny was the tech that helped us. He explained the situation very well, and told us what needed to be done in order to fix the problem. They were able to get the problem fixed. I'd hire them again
They work all hours of the day! I called around for some 24 hour plumbers, and they were the only company to answer. They came out, and just left actually. We had a leak coming from a water heater, which was repaired without having to be replaced.
The tech was able to come out on very short notice. They were able to fix the problem right there on the spot. Pricing was very reasonable.
THE TECHNICIAN BRIAN #33 HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB!!! FIXED THE LEAK UNDER MY KITCHEN SINK. CLEARED THE CLOG IN THE DRAIN PIPE. HE HAD A GREAT ATTITUDE, AND WAS VERY INFORMATIVE ABOUT THE PLUMBING PROBLEM WHEN I ASKED QUESTIONS.IF I HAVE ANY PLUMBING PROBLEMS IN THE FUTURE I WILL CALL "PREFERRED PLUMBING" FOR SURE!! 5-STAR RATING !!!!! OVERALL RATING OF 10-PLUS !!!!!!
