When I walk into Preffered, it feels like an episode off cheers! I feel like these people are family! Not only are they friendly, but the staff genuinely cares about your well being! I recently moved to Seymour and I could easily find a pharmacy around here but I don't want to. I drive to Preffered to chit-chat with Kelly, and Rob. I appreciate all of you! Thank you �

Ok, thought this place was great when we switched all our scripts to them, met Rob, Kelly and crew. Got mom going to them, they have truly gone above & beyond any customer service I have ever experienced, offered to stay late, to deliver things if you can't make it, etc. Supplements, braces, & medications are VERY reasonably priced. Needed a cane after hip surgery, $12.80! I would recommend everyone giving them their business, we pass food city pharmacy everyday but drive to Sevierville to patronize, no I'm not on payroll lo... read more
Wholeheartedly trust them to take care of my family. They go above and beyond to make sure we have exactly what's best for our health. The added bonus- they are so knowledgeable and you can tell how much they love their job by the way they care for others!

I had forgotten what it was like to be treated like an actual person and have a genuine customer service experience until I walked in to Preferred Pharmacy in Sevierville today. It was like walking back in time, when the customer really mattered. The employees are so nice and helpful and the Pharmacist went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything and answered all of my questions about my prescriptions.
