RecommendedI’m so impressed with Preferred Pharmacy sevierville. My medication recently went up $6 each on a couple prescriptions. I inquired about it and the staff said they would look into it. After 3 days and multiple hours on the phone with my insurance they were able to get it lowered back to where it should have been the whole time. This is why I love this pharmacy they go above and beyond what is expected. I’m sure Walmart,CVS or another Pharmacy would have just said sorry it went up. I’m a busy physician with 2 kids so having a pharmacy that delivers to us makes life so much easier. When your kids are sick, the last thing you want to worry about is having to drive to the pharmacy. And they have the most friendly and helpful staff on the planet. We consider them family! ❤️
Amazing staff who is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable with fast delivery. The blister packs are a HUGE bonus. Would definitely recommend!

Some of the most amazing and wonderful people you’ll ever have the pleasure of knowing. They treat everyone like family. They go out of their way to help you any what they can . They’re funny , friendly and interesting to talk to as well . Before I switched to Preferred, I dreaded going to the pharmacy. Now I look forward to getting to see Rob , Kelly , Tabetha and Hayley . my boyfriend and I are having quite a bit of health problems lately and I really appreciate the fact that this pharmacy does pill pack so that all of our pills are packaged by date and time. It is such a relief to have all of the medications set up so I don't need to worry about of I am not feeling well. The staff is very caring and efficient.
They go above and beyond. This pharmacy is not like your big chains. They treat you like family, and I enjoy stopping in to see everyone!
