My experience with Preferred Pest Management was great! My husband was tired of getting devoured by mosquitos in our backyard so we decided to try this company based on the many good reviews. They were very thorough in explaining the process and were able to come to our property quickly once we decided on a treatment plan. Eric messaged me when he was on the way and was very polite. They are very affordable, quick to respond, and came up with a game plan quickly to remove our pests in a hurry so we could list our house for sale.
Griffin with PPM was very thorough and informative on our 1st treatment. Glad he gave me a reasonable time frame and let me know when he was on his way.
I have a bad ant/ cockroach issue due to my neighbor's pool. I was done fighting with them, so I found Preferred Pest Management's number via Google on a Sunday, and set an appointment for the following Friday. When the technician Eric came out, he was very knowledgeable about the products that they use and was extremely professional.
Eric was very thorough. He asked me about what kind of problems I was having and discussed the options available for treatment. I was very happy with my experience.
