We are very satisfied with this pest control company. Their team is professional, responsible, and always on time. They carefully inspected our place and provided effective treatment. The pest problem was solved quickly and completely. Communication was clear, and they always followed up to make sure everything was working well. Highly recommended for any business owner!
Eric pressured me to submit a review before anything was completed. A lot was done and there is supposedly warranty, but we still have mice in the attic. They came out and removed the traps and poison less than a week from when everything was installed. They came back again and basically said there was nothing they can do.. so I’m not sure why it was so expensive and what the warranty covers when we still had mice in our attic.
Giving 5 stars because of Eric's honesty when I asked question of zero pests 😊. This is my first visit with the company.
I recently worked with Griffin Thomas of Preferred Pest Control and he was wonderful to work with. He was on time, easy to communicate with, and did everything he said he would.
