Great service, friendly consultants and bug guys. All the people I spoke with on the phone were nice and worked around my schedule to find a time I could be home. They even followed up with a letter thanking me for my business!
You may be a great pest company but u obviously aren't too concerned about the dogs you use for bed bugs since some are kept outside even today in over 100 degree weather. Shame on you!!! If your handlers don't have the resources to care for these dogs then it is your responsibility to do so.

We live in a new construction area with a field behind us. I had noticed an increase of mice in our garage, and also started to hear them in our walls. Preferred Pest Control was out there the next day for a quote and evaluation, and had the traps and poison bait set within 24 hours. They also did a walk around our house and found a few entry areas, and blocked them, as well. Since they have been here, we haven't caught any mice, and all the "noise" in the walls has stopped.
