My daughter has been seen by preferred pediatric since 2015. Today, I called to schedule her annual wellness visit and was asked “Did you transfer out?” A little confused by the question I said , “no”. However, I did have a copy of her records sent to another doctor office, but not to stop seeing pediatrician.
