Extremely responsive My back went out the week of Christmas, I was terrified I wouldn't be able to find someone willing to treat me during that timeframe. Not only did Preferred Pain Center see me same day, but they started treating me same day too! Very courteous, responsive, and within 3 days I was in front of the pain doctor as well. I've never seen anything like it, awesome!
Experts in their field Ashley and Jessica are warm and friendly everyday. Robin knows her craft and Drs. Moore and Narwani are experts in their fields. I'm living proof and my pain is gone!
Softball killed my back, Preferred brought it back to life! I played softball last weekend and threw out my back. Preferred Pain Center was able to see me on Monday and got my treatment started right away with chiropractic and rehab. By Wednesday I was dramatically better, and within 2 weeks my pain is virtually gone!
I was treated like an Individual! Last year I went to a DIFFERENT pain center, the staff was rude and treated me like a number at the supermarket. Plus my pain never went away. I can breathe again I had severe pain across my lower back and hips for 3 years. It was the first thing that crossed my mind when I would open my eyes every morning. I had pain all the time! Spinal traction helps I've been in a few car accidents over the years and my low back hurts every day. I do not want surgery since I support my family. A friend recommended Preferred Pain. They diagnosed me with a disk rupture and had me do the spinal traction machine along with seeing Dr. Narwani. My pain is about 60% less than it was a month ago.
I can work without any pain now I was having major headaches along with massive tingling and aching down my right arm. It just kept getting worse. I have cervical stenosis. I had to stop working every few minutes and "shake out" the numbness. It was making my life intolerable. Response To Galina V's Review I am Dr. Greene, CEO of Preferred Pain Center. The patient stated she had a bad experience in an email right after her visit. I called her immediately upon receiving her email, researched extensively her visit, and then emailed her twice more with my findings and plan for resolution. To be fair, my staff does not remember her visit AT ALL as described, but I was not there and any time a patient has a suboptimal experience I take that very seriously (I can count on one hand those experiences). good job Dr Moor is wonderful Vicky is very nice they make you feel like you are # one. I feel much better they have pillows so us laid do not have are boobs squished. I love all the employees here. 10 thumbs up. I would let them treat my mom or child. they rock
