This company is the worst. I just got off the phone with an agent named jeanille jimeno and she was absolutely unprofessional and rude. I don't know what kind of training these people get but she definitely does have to go back to school. I had to repeat my name several times and she couldn't even spell it. She was horrible with a bad attitude and should be fired!!!
