Quite possibly the most sadistic, inept, uncaring office staff I've ever experienced at a doctor's office. I contacted their office by phone 3 separate times to find out how to pick up my prescription for a Corona Virus test. I was told that I (or someone else) could "just come in and pick it up". I called right before I left to let them know I was on my way. I even spoke to a Preferred Medical employee in the parking lot and let them know what I was there for. Dr. Kathleen Hannon, DO is the kindest doctor you will ever meet. She is also very honest and knowledgeable. I have my health issues, which are many, under control, thanks to her wisdom and ability to hear what I am saying. I highly recommend her.

Clean and efficient office. I did not have to wait long to be seen and Dr. Ustruck was helpful and answered all of my questions. I felt like a person and not a number. Overall a great experience. Highly recommend!
Just doesn't feel like you're more than a number. I used to really like the office, but the last few appointments have taken way too long in the waiting room just to be done in less than 10 minutes with the doctor. 🤷🏼♀️
I seen Dr. Carbajo today, as a new patient. He took the time with me, to find out what my needs were, which is very rare today. What a caring, compassionate, kind man. Having him for a doctor, is a true blessing. His MA, Sue was awesome, as well. My wait time, was 20 minutes :-) The former practice I left, the wait time, was usually over, and hour.
