Communication is horrible between the office, staff and sales staff. Home was not received in same manner as model was shown.
My family has had an AWFUL experience with this company. Please try another company when considering your future home and the future of your family. The commutation is very lacking from the sales team right down to the service team. There is no attention to detail when the homes arrive from the factory. My husband and I went with this company because it was a small business and we love to support small businesses! Usually when we do we have a great outcome with better service but in this case it was not that way. We started out over a year ago (Oct-Nov 2020) with the process of purchasing a modular home and were told that our home would be done in April 2021.
