I have shopped here for almost 20 years. Great service!!! Good prices!!! and Amazing jewelry!!! This is the only places I buy jewelry.
I love Preferred Jewelers. I call Renee, tell her what I’m looking for and she never lets me down. The staff is always exceptional especially with customer service. They treat you just like family once you walk in the door. Preferred is better than any large jewelry chain store around.
This place is amazing. The ppl the prices and the jewelry are amazing also. When you walk into the store you feel like you have know them forever..... It's an enjoyable experience when you visit preferred Jewelers ���

This store has the best people working in it, especially Renee. They are so friendly. We like that we have never been or felt pressured to buy. Love their estate jewelry. Since we moved to Cincy this is the only store we go to when we want a piece of jewelry. We've had them appraise and fix items too.

I have been a customer with you guys for many years. Renee is the most fun. Sincerely enthusiastic when she sees her customers. She's a rare gem that we need more of in this world. I have followed her everywhere for at least 10+ years. She takes alotta time with me to help me find EXACTLY what I am looking for (I know I am super picky LOL). Awesome selection in the store. Many unusual pieces. LOVE IT! Matter of fact, I will probably go see her today

I have been a loyal customer for years and was lost when they left out of Burlington Coat Factory at the old Forest Fair Mall. I am so glad to see them back in Tri-County! Renee is the best, with her enthusiasm, knowledge in jewelry and excellent customer service is one of the many reasons I keep coming back!!
