If I could give this a 0 rating I would. They can’t schedule and then they can’t get things read for doctors. Ridiculous!!
Terrible your wait is over an hour just for a MRI it’s like you’re waiting to have surgery. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone .
I was scheduled for a MRI on Monday at 9:15pm and then I was waiting and there was 2 other people in there and we were all scheduled at 9:15pm and I didn't even get back into MRI Machine until 10:30 and there headphones do not play music and all you hear is the machine which is still very loud. Then when it come to the paperwork, they sent it to me the day of and i had no idea how much it was going to cost until a few hours before my appointment. I will never use Preferred ever again.
EVERY IMAGING CENTER IN AMARILLO HAS THE WORST REVIEWS!! AARRGGGGG!
They really need to get it together, ive had to come twice for imaging. The first time I came they put I'm a man on my paperwork and my MRI report and that apparently cant be changed (I was born a woman) this has caused issues at my doctor's offices I needed the imaging for. Any time I've called regarding the second referral/ order a call center picks up and cant ever answer any of my questions or doesn't know what im talking about.
